ABOUT THE ARTIST
ALEXANDRA AMENTA
Alexandra is a multidisciplinary artist specializing in maintenance-free botanical art and installations. Inspired by lush landscapes, she incorporates the textures of mosses, ferns, driftwood, and botanicals to create original compositions that evoke an elevated sense of peace and whimsy. Her designs range from intimate art pieces to large-scale installations for events and exhibitions.
A lifelong artist, Alexandra loves to experiment with different mediums, which is how she ended up creating art with moss. As a landscape painter, she imagined creating a “painting” using actual plants. The idea sparked a new love and joy in creating original art.
She loves to collaborate with businesses, spas, cafes, and restaurants to create one-of-a-kind visual experiences that enhance the essence of a space. It’s an honor to bring a vision to life! Alexandra’s moss art has been featured at local art markets and pop-ups, as well as high-profile events such as the NYC Wine and Food Festival.
Alexandra lives in Philadelphia and finds joy in visiting art museums with her husband, trying out new vegan recipes, and going on walks with her Australian Cattledog, Jazz.
